Refreshing Quote or Sales Order Pricing

You can refresh the Sales Order or Quote product price values to reflect the latest pricing, if you have been granted permission. You can uses a pricing service to determine the prices for the products listed on Sales Orders or Quotes. This can be required, if the expiration date is extended or when a quote is copied to create a new quote.

Note: You can only refresh pricing when:
  • The quote or sales order has a related line item.
  • The quote or sales order is in the Approved or Open status.
  • The associated account exists in the ERP application.
  • The quote or sales order has not been previously promoted.

To refresh the pricing:

  1. Select Quotes or Sales Order from the navigation pane. The corresponding list page is displayed.
  2. Click the quotes or sales order name. The details page is displayed.
  3. Expand the Quote Line Items or Sales Order Line Items section on the Quote or Sales Order details page respectively.
  4. Click Refresh Pricing.
    The prices for all associated products are updated to reflect the latest prices.
