Specifying a reason for Pending and Solved Status

  1. Access the details page of the ticket you require to set the Pending or Solved status.
  2. Click View More.
  3. Set the Status to Pending or Solved using the Status field.

    The Pending or Solved Reason list is displayed.

  4. Select a reason from the Pending Reason or Solved Reason list.
  5. Click Save.
