Pay From related section

The Pay From related section displays the payment information linked to the selected entity.

You can access this section from the details page of these entities:

  • Bill To
  • Sales Order
Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the data related to the Pay From records linked to the selected entity.
    Note: You can view this option only if this section is accessed from the Bill To details page.

For each record, you can:

  • Click the Pay From name or Edit to view the Pay From details.
  • View the contacts and addresses linked to the Pay From.
  • Click the phone number to make a call.
  • Click the email to send an email.
  • Click the Map icon to view the address on the map.
    Note: This option is displayed only when you access this section from the Sales Order details page
