Tickets related section

The Tickets related section displays all the tickets linked to the selected record.

You can access this section from the details page of these entities:
  • Account
  • Contact

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Insert: Use this option to add a new ticket.
  • Associate: Use this option to associate a contact with a ticket.
    Note: This option is available only for Contacts.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the data of the tickets linked to the selected account or contact.

    For each record, you can:

  • Click the Ticket Number or Edit icon to view or modify the ticket details.
  • Use the Remove Association option to disassociate a ticket from the account or contact.
  • Use the Delete option to delete a ticket.
