Sales Order data synchronization with web application
The sales orders can be created using the CRM Mobile application. You can synchronize the
mobile application data with the web application, if required.
Note: If the
sales order type is set to EDI Order, the subsequent process such as
extracting or sending the order to Chains is performed only after the sales order is
synchronized with the web application.
