Editing Quote or Sales Order Snapshot details

Use the Quote or Sales Order Snapshot details page to modify the tax rate, shipping and discount values.

To edit the Quote or Sales Order Snapshot details:

  1. Access the Quote or Sales Order details page.
  2. Click the Grand Total. The Quote or Sales Order Snapshot details page is displayed.
  3. Click Edit corresponding to the Discount, Shipping or Tax field, to modify the data.
  4. Specify a discount rate in the Discount Rate field.
    The amount is automatically calculated.
  5. Click Submit.
