Setting Default Import Options

Use the Import Contact Account Options page to set default values for the import options and to enable threshold throttling.
Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.

To set import options:

  1. Click Open from the Forms menu.
  2. In the Filter box, type Import.
  3. Select Import Account/ Contact Options and click OK.
  4. Specify this information:
    Default Account Manager

    The user who is the account manager for the imported records if an account manager cannot be determined.

    This can be overridden by the user when initiating an import.

    Default Owner
    The user or team who owns the imported records if an owner cannot be determined. This can be overridden by the user when initiating an import.
    Enable Threshold
    The threshold value can be enabled when importing records. The Threshold Record Count option to set a limit, when importing records.
    Threshold Record Count
    A numeric value to establish a threshold of records to import. By default value is set to 1000.
  5. Click Save.
