Cost metrics of Campaign

This section displays the Budgeted and the Actual Cost per Target, Cost per Response, Cost per Opportunity, and Cost per Sale. The variance between Budget and Actual values is also calculated.

Cost/Target The budgeted cost divided by the potential number of contact and lead responses. The actual calculated cost divided by the potential number of contact and lead responses. The difference between the budgeted cost for each target and actual cost for each target.
Cost/Response The budgeted cost divided by the actual number of contact and lead responses. The actual calculated cost divided by the actual number of contact and lead responses. The difference between the budgeted cost for each response and actual cost for each response.
Cost/Opportunity The budgeted cost divided by all open opportunities associated with the campaign. The actual calculated cost divided by all open opportunities associated with the campaign. The difference between the budgeted cost for each opportunity and actual cost for each opportunity.
Cost/Sale The budgeted cost divided by all closed and won opportunities associated with the campaign. The actual calculated cost divided by all closed and won opportunities associated with the campaign. The difference between the budgeted cost for each sale and actual cost for each sale.
