Deleting Emails

You can delete an email that is not a valid and not set as a Primary email.

To delete an existing email that is set as Primary, you must set another email as Primary, and delete the previous email.

Note: Create a new email if this does not exist.

To delete an email, expand the Email related section on a details page and click Delete corresponding to an email. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

  1. Expand the Email related section on the details page.
  2. Click View Full List on this section. The Emails window is displayed.
  3. Select the check boxes corresponding to the emails.
    Note: To select all the check boxes, click Select All. To clear all the check boxes, click Reset All Selection.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
