Updating Multiple Campaign Targets

Use the Bulk Update option to update multiple target contacts or leads simultaneously.

To update one or more campaign targets:

  1. Expand the Target related section on the Campaign details page.
  2. Click View Full List.
  3. Select the target contacts or leads that are required to be updated.
  4. Click Bulk Update.
  5. Perform one of these steps in the Bulk Update Targets window:
    Stage
    Select the Update check box and perform one of these steps:
    • Click Clear to clear the stage.
    • Select a stage from the list.
    Initial Target
    Select the Update check box and perform one of these steps:
    • Select Initial Target to identify the selected targets that are part of the campaign.
    • Clear the Initial Target field if the selected targets are added after the campaign has been launched.
    Status
    Select Update and perform one of these steps:
    • Select Clear to clear the Status.
    • Select a status from the list
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click Yes to confirm the update.
