Product swap overview

Use the product swap to take back the stock that is not required by the customers. The sales representative must go through few steps to determine the value of the goods that have been returned or given away. These values are not Intersnack selling prices but can be viewed as the customer opportunity prices. Therefore, all prices are specified by the sales representative.
