Details page toolbar

The details page toolbar is displayed on the details page for all the entities. The toolbar contains the options that provide access to the functions specific to the selected entity. The options vary based on the entity type from which the toolbar is accessed, and if the implementation is integrated with an ERP.

Option Name Description
VCR options Use these options to navigate between records in the group.
List View Use this option to return to the record list page.
Save Use this option save the changes made in the UI.
Note: This option is not displayed on the Invoices, Receivables, and Shipments details page, where the data is populated from the ERP and cannot be modified.
Delete Use this option to schedule the record for deletion next time you click Save.
Note: This option is not displayed on the Invoices, Receivables, and Shipments details page, where the data is populated from the ERP and cannot be modified.
Copy to clipboard Use this option to copy the data in a window. Select the data you want to copy. Right-click and select Copy, or press CTRL on your keyboard. Paste at the required location. Click OK to close the Clipboard Copy window.
Copy Use this option to create a new sales order with the Account, Type, Status, Billing, Shipping and Product information populated with data from the original Quote. You can modify these fields if required. If you are integrated with an ERP, you can not modify some fields.
Note: This option is displayed only on the Sales Order details page.
Convert to Sales Order Use this option to create a new Sales Order from the information in the Quote and set the quote Status to Awarded.
Note: This option is displayed only on the Quote details page.
Account Hierarchy Use this option to view the parent/child relationships between accounts and a snapshot of Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, or Sales Orders for all the related accounts.
Note: This option is displayed only on the Accounts and Opportunity details page.
Move Contact Use this option to move contacts or leads to another account.
Note: This option is displayed only on the Account details page.
Request Total Use this option to request total sales order amount.
Note: This option is displayed only on the Sales Order details page.
Details page menu: Accounting Use this option to view the detailed information about the integrated ERP system. The data is populated when the application is integrated with an ERP system. See Accounting Details.
Details page menu: Extended Details Use this option to view additional information about the selected record. See Using Extended Details.
Details page menu: Sync History Use this option to view the detailed information about the synchronization history for the selected item. The data is populated when the application is integrated with an ERP system.
