Ticket Contacts related section

The Ticket Contacts related section displays ticket contact information. You can access this section from the Ticket details page.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the ticket contacts in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Associate: Use this option to associate a CRM contact or lead with a ticket.
  • Insert: Use this option to add a new ticket contact.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the ticket contact details linked to the selected ticket.

For each record, you can:

  • Click the Ticket Contact name or Edit to view or modify the ticket contact details.
  • Use the Remove Association option to dissociate a CRM contact or lead from the ticket.
  • Use the Delete option to delete a ticket contact.
  • Click Add Contact to Account to create a CRM contact record for the account associated with the ticket. This is available only if the ticket contact is not already associated with a CRM contact or lead.
