Deleting Phone Numbers

You can delete a phone number that is not a valid phone number and not set as a Primary phone number.

To delete an existing phone number that is set as Primary, you must set another phone number as Primary and delete the previous phone number.

Note: Create a new phone number if one does not exist.

To delete a phone number, expand the Phone Numbers section on the details page and click Delete corresponding to a phone number. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

To delete multiple phone numbers for a record:

  1. Select the check boxes corresponding to the phone numbers on the Phone Numbers window that is accessed using the View Full List option, in the Phone Numbers related section.

    To select all the check boxes, click Select All. To clear all the check boxes, click Reset All Selection.

  2. Click Delete.
  3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
