Ship To related section

The Ship To related section displays the shipping addresses linked to the selected entity.

You can access this section from the details page of these entities:

  • Quote
  • Sales Order
  • Account
  • Bill To
Note: This section can be accessed from the Account and Bill To details page only if the Back Office Extension is enabled.

You can only view this information. To add or modify the data, you must have access to the integrated application.

Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Insert: Use this option to add a new record.
    Note: You can view this option only if this section is accessed from the Quotes and Sales Orders details page.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the details related to the Ship To addresses linked to the selected entity.

For each record, you can:

  • Click Edit to view or modify the Ship To details.
  • Click the Map icon to view Ship To address on the map.
Note: This option is displayed only when this section is accessed from the Quotes and Sales Orders details page.
