Configuring a Filter list widget

  1. Click Configure from the Widget menu.
  2. Specify the title of the widget. The title is displayed in the widget title bar. By default, the out-of-the box widget name is displayed. However, the user can change the title, if required.
    Note: The name of the widget is defaulted as title. You can modify the title as required.
  3. Select the required Entity from which the data must be retrieved. The possible values:
    • Account
    • Contact
    • Opportunity
    • Quote
    • Sales Order
    Note: Users must have the required permissions to view the entities. Only the users with appropriate permission can view the entities.
  4. Select the required filter to review. The filter options are displayed based on the selected entity. For example, if Opportunity entity is selected, the filters that are available for opportunities such as, My Opportunities and All Opportunities can be viewed.
    Note: Only the users with appropriate permissions can view the filters.
  5. Select the required fields that must be displayed in the widget. These fields are displayed based on the selected entity. If Opportunity entity is selected, the fields related to the Opportunity entity, such as Estimated Close and Close Probability are displayed.
  6. Click Save.
