Accepting or declining an Activity

The activity confirmations notify you of activities where you are a participant or the leader. You are notified when another user adds you as a participant or leader to an activity. Or, when an activity that you are a participant of is updated or deleted. If you are added as a participant, you must confirm or decline the activity. If you schedule an activity with other participants, you can view the updated status in the activity when a member confirms or declines the activity.

To accept or decline an activity, perform one of these steps:

  • Select the My Unconfirmed Activities filter on the Activities list page.
    • Select the check boxes corresponding to the activity or activities to accept or decline. You can click Accept, Tentative, or Decline to accept, tentatively accept, or decline the activity.
    • Click the link of the activity to view the details, specify a response in the Response field, and click Accept, Tentative, or Decline.
  • Click Unconfirmed on the Alerts page. See Using Alerts.
    • Click the Accept, Tentative, or Decline to accept or decline immediately.
    • Click the link of the activity to view the details, review the activity details. Specify a response in the Response field, and click Accept, Tentative, or Decline.
