Associating Lead Sources

Every contact or lead has a lead source, such as a magazine, advertisement or a trade show. The sales leads are generated by these lead sources.

  1. Expand the Lead Sources related section on the Contact or Lead details page.
  2. Click Associate.
  3. Click the Lookup icon and select the lead sources.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click Edit to modify the lead source information specific to the contact or lead.
