Adding Order Quantity Limits

You can use order quantity limits to specify the minimum or maximum quantity of a product that can be ordered at a time.

To modify order quantity limits:

  1. Select Order Quantity Limits on the navigation bar. The Order Quantity Limit list view is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Owner
    The teams for which user is the owner and the users associated with the team.
    Account
    The sales rep account for which CRM Account (User defined customer field 4) subtype is equal to the data value for the sales representative account custom setting and the account manager is part of the logged in user team where he or she is the owner.
    Product
    The product is filtered by item group for POS items.
    Account
    The account of the customer.
    Product
    The code of the Item.
    Product Name
    The name of the Item.
    Start Date
    The effective start date of the order.
    End Date
    The effective end date of the order.
    Garage Plan
    The total quantity of products for a customer.
    Garage Actual
    The actual quantity of of products used by the customer.
    Garage Open
    The quantity of product unused by the customer.
    Note: The difference of Garage Plan and Garage Actual.
    Deliver Plan
    The total items in agreeement tickets for which the decoration source is Deliver Only.
    Deliver Actual
    The actual count of items used in the agreement tickets for which the decoration source is Deliver Only.
    Deliver and Build Plan
    The planned items to be used in agreement tickets creation for whisch decoration source is Deliver and Build.
    Deliver and Build Open
    The actual items used in agreement tickets creation for whisch decoration source is Deliver and Build.
    Deliver and Build Actual
    The quantity of items unused by the customer.
    Note: 
    • The difference of Deliver and Build Plan and Deliver and Build Actual.
    • The user is part of the team for which you are the owner.
    • If you create a new record and the account owner is set to a specific user, the error message is displayed. You can only have read only access and cannot add, update and delete.
