Working with Ship Tos

Use the Ship To details page to view, add, or modify the information for a selected Ship To.
Note: 
  • The workspace can be different based on the access rights or if the installation has been customized.
  • You can only view the information in this page. To add or modify the details you must access the integrated application. For specific questions, refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

You can access the Ship To details page from these entities:

  • Account
  • Bill To
  • Quote
  • Sales order
  1. Select Account from the navigation bar. The Account list page is displayed.
    Note: Use Quote or Sales Order for non-integrated environment.
  2. Click the Ship To name. The list of records is displayed with the details of the selected record..
  3. Expand View More to review this information:
    Name
    The name of the ship to record.
    Main Phone
    The main phone number.
    Fax
    The fax number to be used for the ship to record.
    Email
    The email address to be used for the ship to record.
    Carrier
    The carrier to be used for delivering the sales order.
    Address
    The address for the ship to record.
    Ship To ID
    A unique identifier assigned by the integrated application.
    Accounting Entity ID
    The company or accounting entity as defined by the integrated application.
    Sync Status
    The status of synchronization with the integrated application. Possible values are:
    • Not Promoted: The record only exists in Infor CRM as this has not yet been promoted to the accounting system.
    • Changes Pending: The changes that are required to be promoted to the accounting system.
    • Promoted: No pending changes because of the last promotion. No action is required.
    • Awaiting Acknowledgment: The record has not yet been promoted to the accounting system.
    • Out of Sync: An error occurred during the last sync cycle. Go to Sync History for more information.
    • Delete Request Rejected: Record has not been deleted as the accounting system denied the delete request.
    • In Sync: No pending changes as of the last promotion. No action is required.
    • Published by CRM: The record has been promoted. Infor CRM is the System of Record.
    Status
    The status of the record. For example, Open, Closed, Deleted or Pending.
    Tax Code
    The buyer’s tax code to apply the ship to record.
    Payment Terms
    The payment condition or conditions that must be met.
    Payment Method
    The method of payment for the sales order.
    Customer Type
    The customer type. For example, Customer, Partner, Prospect or Seller.
    Territory
    The territory to which the record must be assigned. The available options are specific to the integrated application.
    Logical ID
    The Logical ID is generated when configuring connection information for Infor CRM in ION Desk.
    Variation ID
    A sequence number defined by the integrated application to ensure outdated content never overwrites updated content in the subscriber application.
    Owner
    The owner of the account.
    Notes
    The additional information related to the Ship To.
  4. Expand or Collapse an entity related section to add, review or modify the data defined for the various entities linked to the Sales Order.
  5. Click Save. You can use the other options from the details page toolbar.
    Note: In a non-integrated environment, the Ship To details page shows the same information displayed in a Contact details page.
