Working with Sync History

Use the Sync History details page to view the detailed information related to a synchronization history item.

Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided or the customization.
  1. Select Sync History option from the Detail menu and from the Detail View Toolbar on these detail views:
    • Account
    • Contact
    • Opportunity
    • Quote
    • Sales Order
    • Product
    • Invoice
    • Receivable
    • Shipment
  2. Click View More to review these details:
    Date/Time Stamp
    The date and time when the synchronization process is initiated.
    Status
    The status of the current synchronization cycle. Possible values:
    • In Process: The XML BOD is in process of execution.
    • Successfully Processed: The BOD content processed successfully and loaded into the MCRM database.
    • Successfully Reprocessed: The data successfully synchronized.
    • Configuration Error: There is not an active Back Office for the specified Logical ID.
    • Invalid Message: Invalid or missing data content.
    • Failed to Process: The required content in the BOD is not found, or has encountered a run time exception during the processing of the BOD content. The content of the BOD is not found in the MCRM database. The corrective action is to resolve the missing or invalid data content published by the host system and re-publish the BOD from the host system.
    Entity Type
    The type of the modified record.
    Resource Type
    The type of resource to be synchronized between applications.
    Payload Detail
    The payload XML. This information is saved only when there is an error applying the XML.
    Entity Value
    The property value that is changed.
    Error Message
    The complete error message displayed if the synchronization failed.
    Stack Trace
    The list of the classes and methods that are accessed before the error. Information only displays if there is an error during the synchronization.
