Understanding the Workspace

Located on the left side of the Infor CRM workspace, the navigation bar can be used to access the Accounts, Activities, Calendar, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Products, Quotes and Sales Orders list pages.

The navigation bar can be docked or hidden. Click Menu in upper left corner of the workspace to view the navigation bar.

To hide the navigation bar, click X.

These options can be accessed from the Menu bar:

• Filter: Select an option based on which the records are filtered.
• Search: Specify a value in the search criteria. For example, you can search through existing Accounts or search for a specific Sales Order.
• Quick Add: Use this option to add a record of the selected entity type.
• Contour: Use this option to find Accounts, Contacts, Leads or Places in proximity to the record selected in the list page.
• User Menu: Use this option to view the user who is currently logged on and provides access to the Inbox, Import History, User Profile, User Options, and the option to Sign Out.
