Editing a Ticket

You can use the Ticket details page to modify the ticket information.

Note: You can edit tickets based on the access rights provided to you

To edit a ticket:

  1. Click Tickets in the navigation pane. The Tickets list page is displayed.
  2. Click the ticket name. The Ticket details page is displayed.
  3. Modify the required information.
  4. Click Save.
