Working with the Lead Extended details

The Lead Extended details window can be accessed from the Lead details page. This window displays specific information about the lead. You can modify the information by specifying the new information, or by selecting from a list of available values.

Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or if the installation has been customized.
  1. Select Extended Details from the menu on the Lead details page.
  2. Modify this information, if required:
    Last Call Date
    The date on which the last call has been made to the lead.
    Next Call Date
    The date on which the next call must be made to the lead.
    Status
    The status of the lead within the organization.
    Priority
    The lead's priority. Select a value from the list.
    LeadID
    The lead's ID number that is automatically generated by Infor CRM. You cannot change this number.
    Import Source
    The source from which the lead information has been imported.
    Assigned Date
    The date on which the lead is assigned to the owner.
    Marketo Person ID
    The Marketo Person ID if the lead is synchronized with Marketo. You cannot change this number. and select an item from the list.
    Create User, Create Date
    The name of the user who created the lead and the date of creation.
    Modify User, Modify Date
    The name of the user who modified this lead and the modification date.
  3. Click Submit.
