Notes related section

The Notes related section displays the Notes linked to the selected entity.

You can access this section from the details page of these entities:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead
  • Opportunity
  • Quote
  • Sales Order
Note:  The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format
  • Insert: Use this option to add a new Note.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the Note.

For each Note, you can:

  • Click Edit to modify the details of the Note.
  • Click Delete to delete the Note.
  • Click Share to allow other users in Infor Ming.le to view the Note.
