Responses related section

The Responses related section displays the contact and lead responses linked to a campaign.

You can access this section from the Campaign details page.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Insert: Use this option to add a contact or lead response.
  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and list page.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the response of the contacts or leads linked to the selected campaign.

    For each record, you can:

  • Click Contact or Lead name or Edit to view or modify the contact or lead response details.
  • Use Delete to remove the contact or lead response from the selected campaign.
