Viewing the full list of Phone Numbers

You can view or modify the phone numbers linked to a selected entity.

By default, the list displays only the first 200 records. If there are more than 200 records, you can use the Get More Rows option to view an additional 200 records.

  1. Navigate to the details page.
  2. Expand the Phone Numbers related section (Phone Numbers related section).
  3. Click View Full List.
  4. Select the check boxes corresponding to the records that must be modified or deleted.
    To select all the check boxes, click Select All. To clear all the check boxes, click Reset All Selection.
  5. Click Edit to modify the selected records sequentially.
    Note: You can click Delete to delete all selected records.
  6. Click the phone number to dial the number.
    Note: A dialer program must be installed and configured to dial a phone number.
