Working with Campaigns

To modify the details of a campaign:

  1. Click Campaign in the navigation pane. The Campaign list page is displayed.
  2. Click the campaign name. The Campaign details page is displayed.
  3. Click View More to modify this information:
    Name
    The name of the campaign.
    Description
    The brief description of the campaign.
    Objectives
    The objectives of the campaign. For example, 'Increase sales in Midwest region'.
    Call to Action
    The promotion message used in the campaign. For example, 'Act now to get 50% off'.
    Lead Source
    The campaign lead source.
    Type
    The type of campaign. Possible values:
    • Email
    • Phone Call
    • Mail
    • Fax
    • Media
    • Multiple
    Launch Date
    The date on which the campaign has been launched.
    Target Process
    The Target Process of modular listing. Possible values:
    • Order
    • Basic Shelf Survey
    Note: This field is enabled only when we select Modular Listing option as the campaigns type.
    Comments
    The additional information that is specific to this Campaign.
    Status

    The status of the campaign.

    Code
    The unique identifier for the campaign. You can assign combination of letters and numbers that have not been used.
    Start Date
    The date on which the campaign starts.
    End Date
    The date on which the campaign ends.
    Owner
    The person or team in the organization that manages the access to the campaign.
    Manager
    The person or team in the organisation that manages the campaign.
    Region
    The region in which the campaign takes place.
    Distribution Chain
    The list of distribution chain for the campaign.
    Advertising Circle
    The list of advertising circle for the campaign.
    Auto Assign
    Select this check box for assigning accounts to a campaign automatically based on region, distribution chain and advertising circles.
  4. Click the History tab to view the history of activities performed on the selected campaign.
  5. Click the Files tab to view the history of attachments linked to the selected Campaign.
  6. Expand or collapse an entity related section to add, review or modify the data defined for the various entities linked to the Campaign.
  7. Click Save.

    On this page, you can also:

    • Access functions from the details page toolbar.
    • Use Launch to launch the campaign.
    • Use Marketing Email Templates to open the Marketing Email Templates window.
    • Click Estimated Budget in the header bar to Access the Campaign Budget and Results Snapshot.
    • View the number of targets, stages and steps in the header bar.
