Adding or editing Notes

Use the Notes window to add or modify the information for the note.

Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.
  1. Expand the Notes related section on the detail page.
  2. Click Edit corresponding to the note to be modified.
  3. Review and specify this information on the Notewindow:
    Subject
    The title of the note.
    Description
    The description of the note.
    Association
    The record type to which the note is being attached. This field is populated when the note is created.
    Association name
    The name of the record for which the note is created. This field is populated when the note is created.
  4. Click Submit.
