Quote or Sales Order Line Item Warehouse

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only (See Back Office Extension overview). Available to Promise is available on both Quote and Sales Order Line Items related items. It shows the default product warehouse and product availability from that warehouse.

To open Available to Promise:

  1. On Quote or Sales Order details page, expand the Quote or Sales Order Line Items related items, and click the Warehouse link.
    Note: The Warehouse link is visible only when Back Office Extension is enabled and Local CRM Pricing Quote/Sales Order is set to False.
  2. The list of warehouses is displayed. To change the default Warehouse for a product, select a different warehouse from the list, and click Submit.

The Available to Promise window has these fields:

  • Available Date
  • Warehouse
  • Available Quantity

This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For questions, refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact your system administrator.

You can use these options:

  • Cancel: Click to close without saving.
  • Close: Click to close the window without saving.
