Working with the Account Extended details

The Account Extended Details window can be accessed from the Account details page. This window displays specific information about the account. You can modify the information by specifying the new information, or by selecting from a list of available values.

  1. Select Extended Details from the Account Details page. The Account Extended Details page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Ticker Symbol
    The abbreviation used by one of the stock marketplaces to identify the account. You can view current stock quotes for the account in the ticker symbol.
    Credit Rating
    The account's credit rating.
    SIC Code
    Standard Industrial Classification Code of the account.
    Employees
    The number of people employed by the account. You can specify the number of employees working for the account.
    Yearly Revenue
    The account's revenue for the year
    Lead Source
    The source which helped the company identify the account (e.g. a magazine ad or telesales). Click Lookup to select a lead source from the Lookup Lead Source window.
    Currency Code
    The code of the account's primary currency. This value is displayed in an integrated environment.
    Distribution Chain
    The distribution chain of the account.
    Currency
    The account's currency (Accounting Integration).
    Account ID
    The account ID number that is automatically generated when the account is created. You cannot change this number.
    Import Source
    The source from which the account information has been imported.
    Advertising Circle
    The advertising circle of the account.
    Create User
    The user who created the account record.
    Create Date
    The date on which the account is created.
    Modify User
    The user who last modified the account data.
    Modify Date
    The date on which the account has been last modified.
    Last History By
    The user who created the last history record for the account
    Last History On
    The day on which the last history record has been created.
    Marketo Operation
    The Marketo operation performed on the account. The application defaults the value in this field if the Marketo integration is enabled. You cannot modify this value.
    Days since last touched
    The number of days since the last time an account activity has been completed.
  3. Click Submit to save the changes.
  4. Click Cancel to exit the Account Extended Details window without saving the changes.
