Viewing ION Workflow Definition

Use the ION Workflow Definition view to see information for a selected workflow.

Note: Only users with Administrator role can access this view.

Select Master Explorer > System Administration > Audit And Integration > Integrations. The Integration Maintenance page is displayed with the details of the selected integration.
Select ION Workflow. The ION Workflows tab is displayed in the ION Workflow details page.
Click the ION Workflows tab to view sample workflows.
Click a Workflow Name in the list to view the ION Workflow Definition for the selected workflow.
Specify this information:

Workflow Name

The name of the workflow.

IDO

The record type to which the workflow corresponds.

Approver Email List

The email addresses of the users who are added to the list of workflow approvers. To add an approver, specify an email address. To add multiple approvers, separate the email addresses with a semi-colon.

Owned By

The user who receives a notification when the workflow is triggered.

Active

Select this check box to set the workflow as active.

Run with Scheduled Job

Select this check box to automatically perform everyday at midnight. To change the job’s frequency setting.

Trigger Condition

The condition or conditions that must be met to trigger the workflow.
