Troubleshooting Infor CRM CE Issues

This topic contains solutions to problems that Infor CRM CE users can encounter.

Problem
When a user signs in to Infor CRM CE, a blank screen is displayed and the user is unable to navigate to any other views.
Solution
The CRMCE-Calendar group list must not be deleted from any user’s Groups list. Deleting the CRMCE-Calendar group disables the Calendar view, which is the default view upon signing in to Infor CRM CE.

To resolve the problem, you can open the user’s User details, click the Groups tab and ensure the CRMCE-Calendar group is listed.

Note: If the CRMCE-Calendar group is not listed, add the CRMCE-Calendar group to the user’s Groups list.
