Associating Pallet Discount Model with an Account

Use the Account Details page to associate or remove association of a pallet discount model with an account. When an account delivery customer or business chain level 3 customer is associated with a pallet discount model, the discount is applied to the sales order’s account and product based on this pallet discount. Discount is retrieved from the business chain level 3 customer if there is no discount applicable for the delivery customer.

Note: This is applicable only for M3 integrated customers.
  1. Access the Account details page.
  2. Click View More.
  3. Select a value in the Pallet Discount Model field.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: To remove association of pallet discount model with an account, access the Account details page and click View More. You can remove the value selected in the Pallet Discount Model field.
