Van Stock List view
The Van Stock list page displays the information in columns and rows. The Van Stock list page provides off-line stock levels by product for the selected warehouse, stock location combination. It also provides an optional, off-ledger, Van Reservation and Van Stock level process for use cases where the van stock location includes additional back stock at a physical location other than the van.
The Van Stock list page displays the records for which you have the permission to access. The security access determines the records and the functions that you can access. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes.
You can modify a list page by rearranging the order of the columns, and adjusting column widths. Double-click a column header to sort the information in that column. The other users cannot view these changes.
You can use the search bar to find the required Van Stock. On this page you can, review the status of the Van Stock.
You can use these options on the list page toolbar:
- : Refreshes the data displaying in the page. The display group reverts back to showing the first 200 records that meet the criteria.
- : The first 200 records that meet the criteria are displayed.. Click this icon to add more records to the list, if more are available.
- : Exports the selected records in CSV format.
