Order Status overview
The details of the order status are displayed as metadata for the Sales Order. The details
are saved in the Sales Order Status picklist.
Note: The values displayed in
the Status field are based on the value selected in
the Order Type field.
By default, the Sales Order Status is set to the value defined in the Sales Order Type picklist for each order type. However, you can modify the value in the Order Header and Order Summary screens.
Note: The Sales Order status is also updated
automatically when the sales order is in process.
These are the different sales order status:
- Open (Created): This status is displayed only after the completion of the sales order . The order status cannot be modified after the status is set to Open. However, you can modify the details of the sales order on the Order Summary screen of CRM Mobile application.
- Hold (Draft): This status is defaulted when the sales order is created . The details of the sales order can only be modified when the order is still processing.
- Complete: This status is displayed after the sales order is completed. The details of the sales order can be modified before the status is set to Complete.
- Approved: This status is displayed only when the sales order is synchronized with M3.
- Allocated: This status is displayed when the sales order is synchronized with M3, and the stock is being allocated.
- Shipped/ Partially Shipped: This status is displayed when the sales order is partially or completely shipped in M3. The sales order status is updated based on the Shipment BODs received from M3.
- Invoiced: This status is displayed when the sales order is invoiced in M3. The sales order status is updated when the Invoice BOD is received from the M3.
