Using Out of the Box Workflows

Select from the navigation pane. The Integration Maintenance page is displayed.

Click ION Workflow. The application
defaults the information for ION Workflows.

Select the Enabled check box, if
not selected.

Click the ION Workflows tab. The out
of the box workflows are displayed.

Click the name of a workflow to view this information:
- Workflow Name
- The name of the Workflow. This is case
sensitive and must match with the workflow name mentioned in ION
Desk.
- IDO
- The IDO on which the Workflow is
used.
- Approver Email List
- The list of the reviewers who can approve
or reject when this Workflow is triggered. By default, you can
specify three approvers separated by semicolons.
- Owned by
- The name of the record owner. This value
is sent as a parameter in the BOD as an input to the
workflow.
- Active
- If this check box is selected, the
Workflow is set to active state.
- Run with Scheduled Job
- Select this check box to include the workflow in the scheduled
job that runs automatically daily and be automatically triggered
after the Trigger condition is met. This option is only available
when SYSDATE function is
used in the condition.
- Auto Triggered
- Select this check box to automatically trigger the Workflow
when the Trigger Condition is met.
- Trigger Condition
- The condition against which the Workflow is triggered.
Note:
- The trigger condition can be removed by
keeping a blank value for the existing property.
- A Workflow must have at least one
trigger condition if automatic trigger is selected.

Click Edit Condition to add more
conditions, edit or delete the existing conditions. This is an advanced feature
used for adding and editing Workflows which is not supported in this version of
Infor CRM Sales Cloud and Administration Portal.

Click Replication Document to see the general structure and conventions used by
the BOD. This is an advanced feature used for adding and editing Workflows which
is not supported in this version of Infor CRM Sales Cloud and Administration
Portal.

Trigger the workflow:

Log on to Infor CRM Sales Cloud.

Trigger the High Value Opportunities Workflow:
- Create a new Opportunity.
- Add products to the Opportunity to ensure that the Sales
Potential in the opportunity snapshot becomes equal to or
exceeds 100,000.
Note:
- If SSO is enabled in the organization, the Sales
Representative’s manager and the Account manager receive a
review task. When one of them accepts or rejects the task,
the Sales Representative receives a notification in Infor
Ming.le and an email.
- If SSO is not enabled in the organization, the managers only
receive an email notification.
