Working with List views

The list page displays the information in columns and rows, grouped by an entity type. These entity types are currently supported in Infor CRM:

  • Accounts
  • Activities
  • Calendar
  • Contacts
  • Leads
  • Opportunities
  • Products
  • Quotes
  • Sales Orders
  • Pay From
  • Survey

When Infor CRM CE is integrated with a supported ERP, these entity types are also supported:

  • Invoices
  • Shipments
  • Receivables

The security access determines records that are displayed and the options that you can use. You can contact the administrator for a change in the access rights

You can modify the list page by rearranging the order of the columns and adjusting column widths. You can double-click a column header to sort the information in that column. Other users cannot view these changes.

You can use these options on the list page toolbar:

  • Manage Filters
  • Only include qualified accounts: Select this check box to include accounts that are qualified.
  • Add Note: Use this option to add a note for the selected records.
  • Select All: Use this option to select all records on the list page
  • Reset All Selection: Use this option to clear the selected records.
  • Delete Selected Records: Use this option to remove the records.
  • Reload: Use this option to refresh the data displayed on the page.
  • Get More Rows: Use this option to retrieve more than the first 200 records that are displayed by default.
  • Export to CSV: Use this option to export the selected records in CSV format.
