Working with the Audit Log Maintenance
Use the Audit Log Maintenance page to see all entries in the audit log table or to search for audit log entries that meet one or more criteria.
Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have permission to
perform this task.

Select Master Explorer > System Administration > Audit and Integration > Audit Log Maintenance from the navigation pane. The Audit Log
Maintenance page is displayed.
Note: Audit log is turned off when importing the contacts or leads and accounts.
- Click the required record name.
- Specify this information:
- Log ID
- The ID generated during the audit process.
- Created Date
- The date when the audit log record is created.
- User
- The user who has performed the audit.
- Log Type
- The audit type. Possible values:
- Insert
- Update
- Delete
- Description
- The description about the audit.
- Key Value
- The primary key of the table.
- Table Name
- The name of the audited table.
- Field Name
- The name of the audited field.
- Descriptor
- The descriptor that is set up in the Audit Log Configuration.
- New Value
- The new value.
- Old Value
- The old value.
- Data Type
- The database type.
- Transaction ID
- The transaction ID.
- Is Master
- The master audit log for the transaction and the record that is processed during the audit log process.
- Processed
- Indicates that the audit record is processed.
- Related Context
- The table that represents the parent entities and parent entity ID configured for the related context.
- Parent Entity
- The name of the Parent Table.
- Parent Entity ID
- The ID that represents the Parent Entity Record.

You can use these options to manage the audit log:
- Delete: Use
this option to delete the records in the audit log table.Note: You cannot delete the History Summary record.
- Run Now: Use this option to run the audit log process job (CRMProcessAuditLogs).
- Clear: Use this option to clear the selected search criteria.
- Search: Select the search criteria and use this option to start the search operation.
- Delete: Use
this option to delete the records in the audit log table.
