ION Workflows related section

The ION Workflows related section displays all workflows associated with the selected entity.

You can access this section from the details page of these entities:

  • Opportunities
  • Quotes
  • Sales Orders
Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and the List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the data related to the ION workflows linked to the selected entity.

For each record, you can:

  • Click the name of the ION Workflow or Edit to view or modify the Workflow details.
  • Click Delete to delete the ION workflow.
