Using Product Lookup (M3 integrated environment)

Use the Product Lookup window to add line items to a new sales order.

Note: This is applicable only for M3 integrated customers.
  1. Click Next on the Add New Sales Order window. The Product Lookup window is displayed.
  2. View or modify these fields that are displayed on the Product Lookup window:
    • M
      • Campaign products associated with a Modular Listing campaign type and a Mandatory Stock information. The value in this field can be set to:
        • Must Stock: This is indicated with a red circle.
        • Should Stock: This is indicated with an amber circle.
        • Could Stock: This is indicated with a yellow circle.
      Note: This is not applicable for order type POS Order.
    • P
      • Campaign products associated with a Promotion campaign type are indicated with a green circle.
        Note: This is not applicable for order type POS Order.
    • Product
      Name of the product.
      Description
      Description of product.
      Unit
      The unit of measure.
      Quantity
      The number of products to order. Specifying a value greater than zero adds the product to the order line.
      Product Group
      The product group used for selection and sorting in various contexts.
      Promotion
      The campaign name associated to campaign products of Promotion campaign type.
      Note: This is not applicable for order type POS Order.

    On this page, you can also access this icons:

    • Add Ad Hoc Products: If allowed opens the Ad Hoc Product Lookup window.
    • Stock Enquiry: If allowed opens the Van Stock Status list page for the selected products.
    • Sales History: Opens the Product Sales Order History window for the selected product.
  3. Click Submit to open the Order Summary window.
