Adding User Group to Ticket Administration

To add the CRMCE-Ticket user group:

  1. Access the Users Maintenance form.
  2. Click Filter In Place to search for the user to whom the access to the Ticket’s functionality must granted.
  3. Click the Groups tab. Select the last row in the grid, which has the arrow in the row label. If you require to add the record after the current record in the collection.
  4. Click New to add a new record.
  5. Specify CRMCE-Ticket in Group Name or you can find CRMCE-Ticket from the user group list.
  6. Click Save.
    Note:  You must log on to the Administration Portal and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
