Working with Base Currency Normalization

  1. Log on to Infor CRM Administration Portal.
  2. Expand System Administration > Integrations. Integrations Maintenance page is displayed
  3. Select Back Office Extension on Integrations Maintenance page.
  4. Select the Options tab.
  5. Select Normalize Base Currency Values and specify True in the Value column.
  6. Click Save.
    Note: 
    • Normalization is performed using the existing exchange rates in Infor CRM.
    • Use the Exchange Rates page to maintain and manage exchange rates.
