Auditing Van Stock

Use Van Stock Audit page to add new Van Stock auditing. The Van Stock audit process verifies the physical inventory counts against the system's stock quantities for the products contained in the Field Sales Representatives Stock Location. The stock audit process is implemented as a two-step process of first entering the raw lot code based physical inventory counts, followed by a review and approval process of the proposed inventory adjustments.

To add a Van Stock audit:

  1. Select Van Stock > Add Stock Audit. The Van Stock Audit list page is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Add Lot Code window is displayed.
  3. Select the product from the Product field.
  4. Specify the Lot Code.
  5. Click OK. The Capture Stock Lot Quantities page is displayed.
  6. Specify the count corresponding to the warehouse.
  7. Click Next. The Confirm Stock Lot Adjustments page is displayed.
  8. Click Submit.
