Working with the Filter Manager
Use the Filter Manager details page to view or edit the selected filter. You can also enable or disable a filter.
Note: You must log on the Infor CRM Administration
Client and have permissions to perform this task.
To access the details page, you can access Filter Manager list page is displayed. Select the required filter name using the or option and click the record name.
, theYou can view this information:
- Name
- The name of the filter.
- IDO
- The IDO associated with the filter.Note: To change the IDP, select the required IDO from the drop-down list.
- Disabled
- Indicates, if the filter is disabled or not.Note: To disable the filter, select the Disabled check box.
- Scope Name and Scope Type

Specifies whether a filter is to be used by a single user, a
set of users, or all users. Possible values:
- Scope Type = 0: Indicates the filter is a standard Infor CRM group that cannot be edited or deleted. The scope Name shows [NULL]
- Scope Type = 3: Indicates the filter is created and used by a single user and therefore can be edited or deleted by the user or administrator.
- Owner
- The user who created the filter.
- Filter String
- The filter criteria as a string statement. To edit the Filter String, type the changes in the Filter String field.
To reset the changes to the original value, you can clear the text in the Filter String field, click and click .
On this page you can:
- Access function from the toolbar.
- Rename a filter. Click and follow the steps for renaming a filter .
- Change a filter's IDO.
- Disable or enable a filter.
Note: You must click to save the changes.
