Use the CRM Admin application to modify the Sales Rep account.
- Navigate to the Accounts page in the CRM Admin application. The Accounts list page is displayed.
- Select the required account. The Account details page is displayed.
- Click View More.
- Click Search in the Owner field. The Owner Lookup window is displayed.
- Select the required owner.
- Click Submit and Save.
Note: Only a superuser can change the owner value in the Owner field.
