Modifying a Sales Rep Account

Use the CRM Admin application to modify the Sales Rep account.
  1. Navigate to the Accounts page in the CRM Admin application. The Accounts list page is displayed.
  2. Select the required account. The Account details page is displayed.
  3. Click View More.
  4. Click Search in the Owner field. The Owner Lookup window is displayed.
  5. Select the required owner.
  6. Click Submit and Save.
    Note: Only a superuser can change the owner value in the Owner field.
