Product Packages

Packages are groupings of products and quantities that are predefined for use. You can use the Packages to view and manage product packages associated with a product.

Note: You must be logged into the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.

To access the product packages page, Select Master Explorer > System Administration > Configuration And Users > Packages from the navigation pane. The list of packages with the details of the selected package are displayed.

To add a new package:

  1. Click New. A details page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Name
    The product package name. Changing the name modifies the selected package and does not create a new package.
    Description
    A brief description of the product package.
    Status
    The status of the package.
    Create Date
    The date on which the package is created.
    Note:  You cannot modify this value.
    Created By
    The code of the user who creates the package.
    Note:  You cannot modify this value.
    Last Modified
    The date on which the package is last modified.
    Note:  You cannot modify this value.
    Modified By
    The code of the user who last modified the package.
    Note:  You cannot modify this value.
  3. Click Save.
