Managing Contour

Infor CRM Contour enables you to view the geographical relationship between contacts, leads, or accounts. You can view contacts, leads, and accounts in a specific city or determine nearby contact, leads, or accounts. By default, this feature is disabled. This topic explains how to enable the Contour integration.

Note: You must be logged on to the Infor CRM Administration Client and have appropriate permissions to perform this task. You must allow the pop-up window to be displayed in the browser to view a Contour map.
  1. Log on to Infor CRM Administration Portal.
  2. Select Master Explorer > System Administration > Audit And Integration > Integrations. The Integrations Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click Contour.
  4. Review this information:
    Name
    The name of the integration. By default, this field is set to Contour and you cannot modify the value.
    Sync Method
    The method used to synchronize the data. By default, this field is set to NoSync and you cannot modify the value. Contour uses on demand API calls instead of Synchronization.
    Link Type
    By default, this field is set to System.
    Authentication Type
    The type of authentication used for the data. By default, this field is set to Basic and you cannot modify the value.
  5. Select the Enabled check box to enable the Contour integration. By default, this check box is cleared.
  6. Click Save.
