Adding user translations for Sales Order Type Status

To add user translations for Sales Order Type Status:
  1. Select Master Explorer > System Administration > Configuration and Users > Picklists. The Picklist Maintenance page is displayed.
  2. Click the Filter in Place icon.
  3. Specify Sales Order Type Status in the Picklist Name field and click Filter in Place icon again.
  4. Double click the Text column to sort the data alphabetically.
  5. Select the record with the Status set to Hold and the Category set to Automatic.
    Note: You can view the status translations in the Order list and detail views.
  6. Select the Show Translations check box.
  7. Select the language in which you require to specify the translated text.
  8. Right click the Language column. A list of options is displayed.
  9. Click New to add a new language.
    Note: To add a new language, you can also select the language grid and click the New icon from the Toolbar.
  10. Click Save, once you have added all the required languages.
  11. Enable the user translations for the records with Status set to Hold and the Category set to POS Order, Statistical Order, Direct Delivery, Warehouse Delivery, and EDI Order.
    Note: The user translations are displayed in these screens:
    • Sales Order Header
    • Sales Order Summary
    • Edit Sales Order
  12. Repeat the steps from 5 – 11 for the records with Status set to Open.
