Downloading Stock Request

Use the Van Stock Requests page to review and download the Van Stock requests. You can review the status of Van Stock request orders for the selected Stock Bin through the View Stock Request menu.

To download a Van Stock request:

Select Van Stock > View Stock Requests. The Van Stock Requests list page is displayed.

Note: Stock requests which have pending deliveries ready for download are highlighted with a download option or link.
Click Download corresponding to the Stock Bin field. The status is updated for the respective Van Stock and automatically updated for the download of inventory receipts.The status is updated for the respective Van Stock and automatically updated for the download of inventory receipts.
Note:
- For downloading the Van Stock requests, the process requires WIFI or Mobile Data access to the CRM-CE backend consistent with the normal synchronization process.
- Stock requests are available for download once the Infor M3 Distribution Order is dispatched in M3.
- Stock Requests which delivered physically and cannot be downloaded until the Infor M3-based stockroom personnel complete the posting of the Distribution Order as dispatched in Infor M3.
